  5. Hello! Thanks for the great video! I have a question: When I filter a certain Page at the top of Performance report, and going to check queries that are driving traffic to that specific Page, I can see only Impressions and for Clicks there is 0 for each query in the report. At the same time, at the top of the report, in the blue square there are 13 clicks total. So, where are those clicks are coming from if not from the queries in the below overview for specific page? Thanks in advance for your answer!

    1. If you have Tag Manager or Analytics on your website and you are using the same Google account for Search Console, it should connect when you go into your Search Console settings to verify ownership. I’ve been using the domain method recently because you can add a DNS record for your domain name.

  9. I tried indexing my site for the first time yesterday. It seemed so simple. When I click the when I click the URL inspection tab the whole page is grey overlay over the previous page. It looks nothing like your tutorial. I don’t see an screen to ask google to index my page. Yesterday I verified my property. I added a site map successfully, but I can not request my site to be indexed. Why? I’ve also completely disappeared from searches I was doing well on. Even if you search my exact url name, I don’t show up on google. What happened?

  10. If anyone is having an issue linking Google Search Console with Analytics I have learned that you must have the Google Search Console item validated as a “URL” not a “Domain”. If it’s Domain it won’t let you bring it into Analytics. Just figured I would share.
